While recently scrolling through your Facebook or Instagram feed, I'm almost certain that you've seen promotion for Valentus SlimRoast coffee, as well as some of their other products. Today, no need to question and continue your scepticism, because I'm here to set the story straight with SlimRoast coffee.
I was first introduced to Valentus SlimRoast coffee by my sister-in-law, who began promoting the product in the spring of this year. To be completely honest, I was SO sceptical, but figured I'd try the product out in support of her new venture. The last thing I expected was to fall in love with the product and quickly see results.

How SlimRoast Coffee Works:
Garcenia Cambogia is the active ingredient in suppressing appetite. You may have heard of tons of stars using this to aid in weight loss.
The other ingredients help increase metabolism (burn more calories), while increasing also mental focus and reducing the body's absorption of carbs and sugars.
When did I start? May, 2016
What I noticed in the first 3 days: I was SO thirsty. I could not drink enough water.
What I noticed in the first 2-3 weeks: My jeans were baggy (my sister-in-law told me it looked like I pooped my pants), I wasn't snacking AT ALL, and my portions were becoming much smaller (I just wasn't hungry all of the time, and I began eating to live, not living to eat). To top it off, I had WAY more energy and focus throughout the entire duration of the day and ZERO bloating.
What I noticed after 2 months: I had a chocolate bar in my fridge for 6 weeks that I hadn't even touched. (Anyone who knows me, knows that chocolate is, or was rather, a staple in my diet. I ate chocolate nearly every day of my life, and now I had zero interest in it.) People began to notice my weight loss and I had to go and buy NEW jeans in a size that I haven't been able to fit into since high school!!!
What I have noticed after 3.5 months: My body continues to crave and require less food than prior to drinking SlimRoast coffee. I have kept all of my weight off, and I continue to buy smaller sized clothes every time I shop. I do NOT need an afternoon coffee anymore, like I once required. My energy lasts all day, and I can focus better throughout my hectic life.
My Story + Journey:
After a high impact motor vehicle accident last year, I was unable to workout for quite some time. Valentus saved me from eating and eating and not having the ablily to burn it off. I now feel great, and I have not been this confident in my body in years!
Check out my progress...
Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: If I don't like coffee/coffee taste, should I still try it?
A: YES! I know many people who add their SlimRoast package to hot chocolate every morning. Also, flavoured non-dairy sweeteners (French vanilla, hazelnut, etc.) are great ways to cut most coffee flavour.
Q: Does it taste ok?
A: Eveyone's tastebuds are different, but I love the flavour. It's way better than any instant coffee you have tried!
Q: Can I drink SlimRoast while breastfeeding?
A: It's always highly recommended you speak to you doctor before to get verification.
Q: When should I notice results?
A: Everyone is different, and everyone loses weigh differently. I noticed results after 2 weeks, but I know others who noticed results within a few months. Be patient and trust the product.
Q: Isn't the cost a bit pricey for coffee?
A: NO! The cost works out to $3.75/day, which is way cheaper than the amount I was spending at Starbucks day in and day out!
